巴黎

从法国南部乡村跑到繁华的巴黎，确实感觉反差好大。巴黎非常有味道，尤其是到处都是烟味。巴黎的避雷针好高啊。今天还看到了那副似笑非笑的很有名的画，去看的人真多啊。里面有好多漂亮的雕塑。明天要去买套衣服，就为了去吃顿饭，要正装。最意外的是发现塞纳河上居然有座女神像，据说是在法国生活的美国人山寨了…

Going from the villages of southern France to bustling Paris, the contrast really feels huge.

Paris has a lot of flavor, especially since there's the smell of smoke everywhere.

Paris's lightning rod is really tall.

Today I also saw that very famous painting with the half-smile; so many people go to see it. There were lots of beautiful sculptures inside.

Tomorrow I have to go buy a suit, just to go to a dinner that requires formal dress.

The biggest surprise was finding a statue of the goddess on the Seine. Reportedly Americans living in France knocked off the gift the French gave the Americans back then and gave it to the French as a gift.
