Do the right thing, and do things right. When you find a mistake, correct it immediately; however great the cost, it's the smallest cost.

This is why I like Jack Ma and the Alibaba Group.

Having a strong corporate culture doesn't mean never doing wrong things. A strong corporate culture often shows in a relatively low probability of doing the wrong thing, finding it early, and correcting it fast.
