雅虎高管：今年将有重大收购

这个看着有点恐怖，不知道这个“重大”到底有多大。雅虎企业文化很弱，收购的结果很难太好，个人认为长期而言出问题的概率大。

This looks a bit scary; I don't know how big this "major" really is.

Yahoo's corporate culture is very weak, so the result of an acquisition is unlikely to be very good. Personally, I think the probability of problems in the long run is high.
