By the way, I think it's very likely to break the record again this year, especially since it reached this price so early; the people who really want to go will think seriously about how much they're willing to spend to chat with Buffett.

I estimate the final bids will come in the last 15 minutes, that is, within the 30 minutes before it closes at 7:30 Sunday evening California time (10:30 Saturday morning Beijing time).

Personally, I think it's absolutely worth it for a successful value investor to spend 1–2% of their net worth to have a chat.
